hello everyone!! it's joy here.



just wanna state a few words of encouragement for u all.

i know River Regatta is just over and you all must have felt abit lazy to come back for training. i know its hard for you guys to be committed to a sport which requires so much time and strength. but, its all still within you. if you really want it, you will still come for training and train hard with those who're very committed and has the ultimate passion and drive for CWDB.



but if you dun, not even Mr.Lim can force you to come for training right? but think back, if you were to give up right now at this very moment, esp for those juniors and year ones, would'nt it be a total waste?? dragon boat is a very competitive sport and it requires alot of committment. cos if you are'nt committed, you will be missing trainings. and when you miss trainings, you will become weaker and weaker.



and being a dragon boater is not just bout holding tat paddle and walk around like you are a expert. its also bout being able to sustain tat passion. =D



so, i hope we can hold this committment to ourselves and strive for the better!! =D



no sea trainings now but land trainings will still be on. monday and wed from 5pm-7pm and friday from 12pm-latest 3pm. Hope to see more people turning up for our trainings. mediocre attendance will only mean tat we will be drown by other teams in next year's race.
