Hey Cwdragonboater cum sea hawker cum kiyah splashiesss.

Some comment about our team.

Compy is coming, yet we still doesn't have the discipline we use to have last year when our senior vice and captain is leading us..

What are the reason that make us so disicipline when they are around and not now?

Well

We can still improved on this, because the time haven come.
But if this is going to carry on, this team is gonna be those team that take part in compy for fun or even close down due to no disicipline and people quitting the team becos of conflict/attitude people/unconsideration people and etc.....

Stuff u have to do is to keep quiet and train what u are ask to and try to reach your target, if not u gonna improve more and do extra. I know u guys are tired, but who are not tired? Inorder to win something?. I dun wan to stay in this team and win nothing out of it, i dun expect u guys to stop all your jokes and talking during training, but at least cut down slowly and eventually there will not be any.

Well, actually it wasn't the team i wanted to have that everyone is like so dam serious and doesn't have any fun in the team, but think about it when u get something out of it after all this hardwork.

Probably u can joke around during training but not when u'r doing your sets and when someone is leading the team is talking, for example kok ann or ah lim or even the girls captain and vice joy and karen.

When the new batch is in, seriously no joke, make them think that we are serious about the stuff and automatic, those who wanted to fight for their place in the boat will stay and continue training.

Extra 2KM for u all if u can't reach ur target.
Guys 2.4KM run(10min) GIrls 2.4KM(13min)
Guys ChinUP(30) Girls ChinUp(10)
Guys 2KM(7m30s) Girls 2KM(9min)

This are a few target that most dragonboater can do before their race.


Anyway

ENJOY URSELF DURING THE CHALET AND HOLS
Take this hols and train even harder and show the news batch of guys and others what we CW HAVE.
