hey cwdb-ers!

Race is coming (i know i mentioned it alot of times already) and time for training is getting shorter and shorter.

Jackson is planning to send our team for the following races. Categories not confimed yet. :)
20 crew mixed team
10 women's team
10 men's team

hope everyone can put in their 120% effort.
those who've been through friday's training know that it's getting harder and harder.
Breathing techniques and strokes tgt needs 200% focus.
So, next time when on the boat, pls dun talk unless it's drink up time and listen to every advice Jackson gives. :)

When we say "focus", face front and be prepared for calling already.
dun be slow. react fast enough. First few strokes is very crucial and vital as it helps lift up the boat. :)

Aggressiveness is wad we are lacking too. Just think about whacking hard and for gals, if u are afraid of showing ur garang face, just pretend that u are fighting against ur bitchiest gfs. haha.
Guys u all should'nt have a problem with being fierce now.
