Hey CWDBERS!

From today onwards I'll try and put up latest updates for trainings and events coming up ASAP.

So, right, the current updates are as follow:

Intensive Training
Tomorrow, 20 Jun 2008
10am-4pm, KSSC

There will be a lunch break at 12pm - 2pm as well as short breaks in between the time slot of 10am-12pm and 2pm-4pm.

You are advised to bring light snacks like sandwiches, bread, biscuits etcetc for in case you get hungry during the short breaks.

You are also advised to bring your own water bottles (big or small ones also can. But is advisable to bring a big one though. (;) and money for lunch.

Saturday
To be confirmed latest by tomorrow.

And lastly, there will be an outing next week.
Venue, time and cost will be confirmed again.

The weather might be very hot ( I say might because of the sudden shower yesterday.) during trainings these few days.

Try to drink up the day before (but not before you sleep. It will cause puffy eyes. A beauty tip for guys and girls. (X) .

Please be very careful these few days.

You wouldn't want to lose focus of the race due to your sickness/injury right?
